I first heard this American folk duo on Prairie Home Companion last winter. Their harmonies reminded me of Simon and Garfunkel. The duo are Chris Cunningham and John Hermanson. They formed in Bozeman, Montana in 1989 as "Chris and Johnny" and adopted the name Storyhill in 1996. They performed in Montana and Minnesota, creating a strong grass roots following before breaking up in 1997. They reunited at a later date and produced several albums before signing with Red House Records to produce the album "Storyhill" in 2007.
