5 ways to get inner peace

I like this article about how to get inner peace on the Forbes.com website in April: "When we stop our thoughts, we stop the world. When we stop the world we experience peace and mental clarity. According to the research of Dr. Fred Luskin of Stanford University, a human being has approximately 60,000 thoughts per day—and 90% of these are repetitive! 60,000. Wow! 90% repetitive. Wow! Wow! Wow!"  See article below:

Anyone who has ever been in a Yogi Bhajan-inspired Kundalini yoga class is familiar with the uplifting “May the long time sun shine upon you” song which is used at the end. The text of this song was originally used in Ireland in the middle ages as a blessing for people who started a long journey. Below is a lovely version of it, by Snatam Kaur:  http://www.snatamkaur.com/
