Meanwhile, the Mayor of Portland withdraw his support for a propane terminal proposed by the Pembina Pipeline Corp.  Mayor Hales announced that he was no longer backing the plan to build the terminal at the Port of Portland, and he urged the company to withdraw its application for a required land-use change that must be approved by the City Council.
